Hello everyone

I have created a translation of a mod, which works as long as I run the mod from the directory "...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod". If I load the mod into the Steam Workshop and subscribe to it, the translation does not work.

I have compared the file structure with other translation mods (russian and chinese) and made sure that everything is correct. I even deleted the whole mod from the folder “...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod”.

The file structure looks like this:

Folder: localisation (here all files are named correctly with XXX_l_german and at the beginning of each file is first "l_german:")

Files: descriptor.mod (content checked several times) and the thumbnail.

Have any of you ever had a similar problem or does anyone know how to fix this error? I would like to make the mod available to everyone.
