If there is a better way to do this please let me know. I'm sorry that it's such a mess I have like 500+ mods at this point and to my surprise this is like the only issue I actually have (Despite the ammount of errors you will see in the log)

Could this spa mod be causing it? It has some naked npcs as I can see.

IDK, try removing it and using a temporary test character to see if it's the cause, because I didn't find any errors or other tells that a specific mod is doing it and this seems like the best place to start.

I do know a mod exists that for some reason makes guards naked and weaponless, but I don't know what it is (Multiverstar server pack), is that maybe what's going on for you?

Thank you for taking the time to read through it! I don't seem to have a mod that does it for the guards but I will see if the spa mod is the cause. I'll have to do the testing tomrrow as it's pretty late for me but once again thank you.

I think that mod was the issue I have not seen anyone running around with their junk out.
