How can you upload a mod to grey hack?

I can't find a description anywhere and maybe it would be useful that the predecessors who made translation mods want to explain it here? What steps are needed?

I cant say exactly where I saw it, but somewhere in the ingame menu there is a tool to create them.

Perhaps you know this by now but...

Mods are currently only languagee translations

Thus what you can find in the menu is under Language -> enable Editor, which is so you can actively translate from ingame.

I don't believe you are allowed to mod the game functionally yet.
