For that you'd probably need to make your own wreck mod. Take one of the existing wrecks and just make a mod out of it, change the spawn point to human, should be job done. Although you'd probably also have to modify the wreck to have the aforementioned dry areas (immediately dying to pressure wouldn't be good) for humans to spawn into, and provide the oxygen supply too. Not sure if you can specify what kind of human would spawn in a wreck, you'd probably want it to be station personnel (ally) or bandits (enemy) so maybe check what's in the stations and bandit sub spawn points.
You could really go to town in creating this ramshackled wreck where some stranded humans have managed to cobble together what they need to survive, wind a little story around it, make the machinery look like it's been heavily modified, maybe have some sort of garden room down there too, etc.
