Can Some Chad Please Make A "Build in all avaliable Provinces" Button?

I Just Formed the German empire with over 1330 provinces, i'm tired of clicking so damn much.
Make A Similar Button For Infrastructure, pop growth rate, and manpower if possible! I Know I cant be the only one who is tired of clicking...

This definitely works, but it only increases it by one in every province instead of the 9x you can have it do. not even holding shift and clicking n dragging increases it, its stays 1. any way around that?
