When you add a mod you are not required to use every item from it. You can simply set items to 0 in the types file that you do not want to spawn in.

Yes but people joining still have to download the whole mod, if it's a like a 1gb mod and you use one item. It's a complete waste.

So stop complaining and make some unbloated mods. I made the winterghillie mod so people wouldn't have to download the entire 8GB of Deer Isle to use one clothing item. Easy peezy.
