I decided I wanted to make an environment mod that simulates the conditions on the River Clyde on December 19, 2007, when the tugboat Flying Phantom was pulled over into a capsize while tugging the Red Jasmine. The crew on the Red Jasmine didn't even notice because it was night and VERY foggy. If y'all want one of your creations in the addon, please put the link to them in the comments.

Someone starts by Frantic Lighthouse, then sail into the river. They go to the lake in the center of the Sawyer Isles, where they go towards Holt town, then exit out of the northern mouth of the river.
