The panorama debugger console could not be clicked and input
I am a developer of DOTA2 MOD item functions. I recently used the -dev and -perfectworld startup items. After opening the panorama debugger console, I found that the panorama debugger console could not be clicked and input, but it was OK before.

Can you help me find out which link is wrong? Or tell me how to restore the operation permissions of the panorama debugger console, thank you!
