I'd like a very specific mod - don't believe it exists though
I'd love to see a mod where you can add fake roads. It could help for scenery purposes, eg. adding fake roadworks

Roads that cars or people can't go on.

Ok you're right, don't think that exists. But why not just use regular roads?
