Traffic lights control tool - can we get it the same year traffic lights appear?
..Instead of decades later?

Did anyone do a mod to align the year the tool appears in the game with when traffic lights start appearing? It's a great tool, but annoying when you need to use it and it is not there yet.

as a workaround you can use the traffic layer
