PLEASE HELP!! -Game UI Blank after installing MODS

Hi thanks in advance fort any help after installing a few map mods and a few logistics mods i loaded the game and it crashed , fill a errorr report and arttempt again but same things, uninstalled all m ods, and the game, re installed and verified integrity of files buit the bottom left EEvent UI is now blank

Make sure the mods folder is empty (and you unsubscribed from any mods on the workshop) and there's no leftover BepinEx folder in the game's directory.
These things wouldn't get cleaned up with a reinstall or verifying the integrity of the game files.
