Can't start the game

bought the game, a few days ago. downloaded some mods cuz mods are great, finished tutorial, and when the quest on the first starting village with the three bandits.

the game can't be unpaused, searched the internet for the problem. saw it might be the mods, disabled the mods.

created a new game, new character. after exiting the tutorial, game is paused and can't be unpaused.

I can't even refund this because I have 62 minutes recorded playtime.

FYI: the recorded playtime was 71 minutes not 62, my bad. if you're wondering why do I have that time while not even finishing the tutorial is because I ate supper while the game was playing.
