mod to increase enemy health?

I was wondering if there is a mod that increases all enemy health
mainly one skull & 3 skull/bosses

or if someone knows of a way to do that through settings
I've been trying to figure it out for awhile but no luck yet :(

I want the boss type enemies to be beefy lol

Decrease the damage dealt to NPC's by Players. This will have the caveat effect of making everyone beefy, but its all I got

yeah I did that a little bit & I think I increased the damage enemies do a little

I enjoy that level of difficulty, you earn your place in the lands, rather than being a huge Mary Sue at the level 60 or 300 (varies on who's playing what mods)
