I was going to go through great lengths to learn 3d modeling myself, but its just not for me D: So instead I was wondering if anyone could help me out with making a fairly simple katana!

I have no images unfortunately, but the Crystal katana is a rare drop item from the lore of a game I helped write background story for. The blade is a cyan/light blue color and the guard (Forgive my lack of terminology knowledge) is more of a darker blue. The handle is a similar color to the blade, but with leather wrapped around for a grip. If possible, since it is a magical blade made of crystal, having its trail be a sparkling glow would be awesome Not sure if that can be done)

I would honestly be fine if you just skinned an existing katana to look similar to this, any help is awesome! If you need and extra information, just let me know!
