I'm actually watching this anime right now and I think it would be sweet to have a Mugen inspired looking Ryoku, a Jin inspired looking Judgement and a Fuu inspired looking Pure :) I think it'd be cool if they had clothes (skins) like that and it would actually fit pretty well.

exactly my way of thinking. with one exception... to be honest I really liked Fuu as a character, but she just doesn't fit into fighting, especially with Pure's fighting style. Although it would be nice to have that customisation option...and maybe anime inspired map or two ;)

I agree that she might not fit very well, but for me it's more about the skins themselves, not really the characters from the anime. I would just like to see Judgement in an outfit similar to that of Jin in Samurai Champloo and the same for Ryoku and Pure.

And yeah perhaps other things like masks, swords and even maps based on the anime would be cool as well :)

Yeah definitely. Pretty sure it's been talked about and I wouldn't be surprised if we do see skin support for the workshop at some point, not sure when though.

i see jin as more of a phalanx personally :p

Yeah I know, but just in terms of aesthetics I guess I was thinking of Judgement because of their bodytype and stuff. I just thought Jin's outfit or something similar would fit Judgement well, but when it comes to personality you're probably right :p

And although I know there aren't really twin swords in the game, maybe it'd be cool to have Jin's swords as well. I'm pretty sure it's been done before on the workshop where it looks like there are 2 sheathed swords but the character only uses 1 of them.

yeah sader has done that before, not too hard

check out saders raid raid, its on his back as opposed to the hip however i cant imagine it being super hard

ill certainly give mugens sword a shot when i get back home, although i dont think modeling it in inventor will be sufficient. Jins wouldnt be too hard, its pretty standard. in fact i could probably rip a standard katana model and just add the extra swords to the hip. probably would have to custom make the scabbards for jins. certainly worth a shot, beautiful looking swords

Seriously though, I think something like this could potentially look pretty cool on Judgement, like perhaps combined with the samurai head mask :)

I'm just not sure how easy it would be to make the cloth look decent if possible at all using the skins.

Also, of course I'm not forcing anyone to make anything, it's just something I want and think could be really cool. Like most requests I don't really see it happening but it would probably make my day if it did :)

skin support like jester said would be HUGE sadly the devs have stated that it would be a whole new UI rework just to add skin slots. its a shame really, jins costume would look great tho

Yeah I remember them saying that, they did release their characters though so perhaps these things aren't completely out of the question.

It'd be impossible as a skin. However, as a rebellion custom it'd be possible...
