Mods not installing correctly?

For whatever reason none of the mods are working for me, and now I've noticed they aren't going into the folder reserved for them. Anyone else having this issue?

Did you enable them by going to "Options" > "Mods" and enabling the mods you've subscribed to?

Yea I noticed they don't go in that folder either, but you do need to go into the place ninja8tyu specified and it worked for me after I enabled them there.

Edit: They install into the steam workshop folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\2132850), the Mod folder in local files is just for your own mods that you make
