Mod for one person to have multiple jobs?
Like the title, I'm looking for a mod that makes it where one person can have multiple jobs, because of class-specifics like crafting recipes. Preferably mid-game compatible, so we don't have to restart

How would you accommodate two sets of talents in one class? It would have to be a new class that takes some talents from two of the existing classes, but it would be a fixed dual class that's selected from the start of the game (or creation of a new character) as far as I know, without some serious re-coding of the game's class and character system. Maybe it could be done, but it doesn't sound trivial.

I don't know about a mod but if you have NPC crew hired and they get the skill with a crafting recipe it unlocks it for you to be able to craft it. (i.e. npc assistant unlocks backpack, players now able to craft backpacks)

More like being one character with two classes. Like in a TTRPG, being a rogue and a ranger at the same time. Thank you for the input.
