There's a few out there!
I know of two called Dyslexie Font (a chrome extension) and Opendyslexic (OpenDyslexic.org) both are free to download.
Otherwise you can just use basekit ones like Comic Sans and Ariel as they tend to be easiest on the eyes for dyslexic readers. (look up things like top 10 dyslexic fonts for other exampels)
TBH no matter the font i still struggle with reading. Its a combo of how the sentence is formatted and whether i'm reading out loud or going at my own pace in my head, but fonts help little bit :)
