Sorry but i cant find a solution for my problem i have 20-30 Factions installed but i cant find any ingame my question is

is it possible multiple faction packs activatet?

i try a freegame with maximal 25 factions but none of these was a faction pack -.-

please tell it me

Did you activated the mods in the game settings before creating a new galaxy?
