Yes the subscribed files are still installed, they are still there both on Steam and local.
Yes I verified file integrity, nothing was corrupt or missing.
Yes I unsubbed and subbed an item but Steam didn't flinch or try to install.

I tried adding a letter to the "105600" folder to see if it resets but it didn't create a new "105600" folder, even upon launching the game.
I can't seem to figure out how to get my workshop to work anymore. Surely I can't be the only one having this problem.
