Trees and ghost props
Hi, I'll be brief. I can place trees and props on streets, buildings (and other props) without any problem. I save and reload the game and they are no longer visible. I have to move a nearby street to make them visible again (using the move it mod). And that only covers a certain range. Any idea what it could be? Greetings and thanks for reading.

Do you happens to use the obsolete "Prop & Tree Anarchy" or "prop Anarchy" + "tree anarchy" + "EML" mods? All of those are obsolete.

The up to date ones are "Prop control" and "Tree Control".

Actually, Stay away from the modern prop and tree anarchy mods AND ESPECIALLY the eml library or any mods dependent on it. Those are the main culprits...

Prop & Tree Anarchy by BloodyPenguin
Prop Snapping by BloodyPenguin
Prop Line Tool [PLT] (vAlpha) by Alterran
Prop Precision by SamsamTS


These mods are 100% functional to this day.
Use this combination and you'll never have any problems again.
