I still have the cam mod working in anniversary edition but never got around to installing Ragnarok or Atlantis. I remember fixing the camera angle ( vertical) so that I could rotate 360° and never catch the missing skyboxes ( so, never looking up at the sky) the game was amazing with the mod like that.

I think you can play Ragnarök DLC with TQCam2.
"ALL Update" Version did not work with TQCam2.
I read that changing the "thqnocfg.dat" of GOG Version with Steam Version should make TQCam2 run again with all Updates, but I can not test, I have tested with Epic Version, but this did not work.
