Quick 3 questions:

1. How do I reorganize the load order of mods as they appear in the game mod menu?
2. Is there a smarter way of setting this?
3. Where is the file that keeps that data?

A search for "mod loading order" or "mod load order" did not yield anything and so I post this question.
