Game is crashing constantly
I've been using various mods that have caused display issues (Warfare Reloaded seems to be the culprit) but at least the game worked. But after a few more, it is now crashing every turn.

Across two games, this problem seems to come up around the late Renaissance, until then it works fine. At that point it appears and grows worse. Oddly, nine-tenths of crashes come after I tell a settler to move somewhere, there is something specific about them.

The only new mods I have active are PerfectWorld, Passable Ice, Mixed Farms and Uffizi. I also subscribed to Sukitract's Urban Identities and Savannah, but they are not active.

Is there something in these mods that interacts badly with others? Can mods cause problems if they aren't active? And can I link to my subscribed mods so I don't have to copy their names?
