Mod Buddy do not have CIV6 Mod templates.
Mod Buddy do not have CIV6 Mod templates. Only "Blank Solution" as the only option in "New Mod" page. That mean I can't start a new project.

Also, I opened my old project, there are no options while adding a new item.

It must be something missed, but re-downloading the whole Mod Buddy and Visual Studio do not help.
