[request] Artillery Turrets (Creative Commons Use: Make your own version if you want)
An request for artillery turrets, which are saved entities that provide support fire, even when unloaded from the cell on the planet.
These turrets have an range of the equivalent of mid orbit (very high above the planet, where you start seeing asteroid enemies), and fire in an arc using HE rounds that don't damage blocks/platforms.
They are basically scripted entities that provide an delayed means of support. You'll hear it fire offscreen (If unloaded) or see it fire at an enemy onscreen with its slide recoiling back. Then an artillery shell strike the general area where the enemy is...

Since they are automatic and can't be zeroed they only have a general idea where the enemy is, giving an %15 to %25 accuracy penalty. They also take 5 to 6 seconds to fire again. The more distant you are, the longer the fire rate drags out and the bigger the inaccuracy gets.

These turrets are supposed to be massive by the way: taking up an 6X6 block radius. They can be installed upside down, mimicing an orbital strike.

Just like regular turrets, they have blindspots, so despite their huge range, it'd take 2 to give you support everywhere else.

I suggest making the crafting requirements be very costly, and need to be wired to an generator to reload ammo / energy. (1 generator wire = half a round per 2 seconds) to further balance things.

You're free to archive this mod idea to make your own artillery turrets, with any of the above being subject to change.
