I have a project, but I do not know if it will be legal, I need the approval of the game admin.

Hello! I'm from Russia. I have a project idea for fans of this game that I would like to do. The idea is to open a TF2 themed cafe, where desserts will be sold that would be similar to the "taste" of a character from the fandom. Themed breakfasts and food from the game's comics. A percentage of the proceeds will go to support the company (COMPANY) everything is for the development of content, I will make purchases, and arrange sweepstakes among the visitors of the institution, so they can get free things for the characters, keys and tickets for the game. I just need the approval of the admins, whether they will not mind and whether it violates the law. Please reply as soon as possible.

Your proposal has a bigger chance of being found if you contact Valve directly, if you go in their official website you might find a list of people who work there and their contacts. I'd recommend contacting Eric Smith since he's the only known person at Valve with TF2 involvement currently. Good luck on your plans!

This is not legal. It's a direct copyright violation. You need to contact Valve's legal team directly.

Why are there so many thematic places that do not own copyright in any way? This is because they don't sell the "face of the author", which I'm not going to do either.
