Not all mods Load
I have the whole extended mod family mods in a playlist but when I load that playlist the game wont load those mods. There are some miscellaneous mods in the playlist that do work like the additional alerts mod, but the big mods like trade goods and Europa expanded don't.

How did you determine that they don't load? Maybe they load and some other mods override their features. Have you tried loading each mod alone?
Also make sure that all your mods are compatible with your eu4 version and with each other. E.g. europa expanded is not part of the expanded mod family anymore and incompatible with some of these mods

The mod list worked before when I played three weeks ago. But since then I did some cleaning in my data folders. i thought that was the problem so I resubscribed to every mod and then verified the game files. However it still has the same issues, so I don't know what the problem would be.

Have you tried the mods alone in a new playset? That would show if it is a problem with the playset/mod combination or with the mod installations themselves.

I tied trade goods by itself and europa by itself and both do not work.

Then their installation is broken in some way. You could try to investigate why by looking at the dlc_load.json file to see the name of the .mod file which the launcher activated and then open that file to check if it is the correct one and then look at its path= line to see if that is the correct path to the mod and then look at that path in the file manager to see if it actually contains the files of the mod. And also check all other .mod files to see if there is maybe a second .mod file for the mod. A second file for the same mod confuses eu4 and can prevent the mod from working.

Or, if you don't have any local or self-created mods that you want to keep, you can try to unsubscribe from all mods and remove the files "launcher-v2.sqlite" and "dlc_load.json" and the folders "mod" and ".launcher-cache" from your "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/" folder. But it also removes any launcher settings and playsets and the information which mods and dlcs are enabled. Then you can subscribe to your mods again.

Or you could try a clean reinstall as described in my guide on reddit about common startup problems with version 1.29
