Heya, I'm bored and try to incoporate most of my country's penal code into the game. However, I would like to add custom criminal traits for the sake of controlling which crimes appear more often than others. They don't need corresponding behavior. However, modding the biographies seems not doing anything. Prisoners don't seem to ged modded traits. This is an example of how I'd like to mod the biographies
