I'm playing a single player playthrough offline. I started a playthrough yesterday with about 45 mods. I did quite a bit of playing over a few hours, including building with modded pieces, etc. I exited the game for a few hours, and later when I came back in, I just loaded up and hit "Continue" from the launcher. But when the game loaded in, all of my modded content was missing and a lot of my stuff was destroyed because the mods weren't loaded.

I didn't understand what happened, and just figured I must have somehow messed up. So I exited the playthrough, reselected all of my mods, and loaded back in. I spent some time repairing everything, and re-added some lost stuff using admin controls just so I wouldn't need to spend all of that time again.

Then, when I reloaded back in today, the same exact thing happened. This has never happened before. In the past, if I left the game with the mod set loaded, and when I come back, I just hit "Continue" everything loads back in exactly as I left it.

Why would my mods keep de-selecting when I exit the game. It's never acted like this before. It's a real pain to have to keep re-selecting the mods every time, having to be really careful about load order, etc.

Whenever I load up one of my servers, everything works as normal, automatically selecting the mods to match the server, etc. But I don't want to rent another server. I've already got two going and sometimes I just want to run a playthrough save from my PC.

Is this happening to anyone else?
