Modding Question

anyone know how to edit the shader for the constant/radio thing? if so, does it have something to do with DSTNoise.png?

finally, what is the file name for the eyebrella cloud? i want to edit the cloud texture but i cant find it online. thank you all.

Ok I can't help you with the second one but I got real bad news about the first one being that you can't change the shader for regular Terraria, you would have to learn TmodLoader if you wanted to change shaders.
