OP3 bug?

I've finished all of OP3 bar the last star but the door doesn't open for me to get it. It says come back later. Without this I cant complete the game. Any thoughts?

Installed on ‎28/‎08/‎2020
OS build 19042.867
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0

It keeps failing on the latest update for some reason but I haven't had any other problems.

Return to the moon base and say hello to the robot!
Fly back to the tower and open the gate.
The arranger should appear in his place.

Thank you. I don't know what was different to the last couple of times I've been back to the moon base but I finally got the last star and finished. Great game. You should have been selling this as a standalone game it's that big. I'm back to OP1. ;0)
