QL mapping: Diirect links to map conversion and creation tutorials

Hey all,
We've been waiting for years to make maps for ql, and now that we can, most of us don't know where to start. We could use a definitive place for documuntation on how to go from .map to a .bsp for QuakeLive to post to the workshop. Yakumo has started putting info up on how to upload to the workshop and I'll link them shortly. If any of you successful mappers can put some time into a small tutorial that would be great.

Yes please I need some help to get started, I have qradiant 1.6.4 from the site but for some reason the textures aren't loading from the steam quake live folder...

You can unpack the C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Quake Live\baseq3\pak00.pk3 and take the texures out of the folder and paste them to your gtkradinat texture folder.

Rename .pk3 to .zip
