Where do you place your maps ?
Hello ! I compiled a testing map with gtkradiant, it's set auto to "Baseq3/maps", but, when I start the map on the game, it start loading the map then "can't find map maps/reda1.bsp"

I don't have this problem in others games.

*.bsp is supported by steam ql??

A updated BSP format is only supported (more surfaceflags etc)

Don't forget to turn off sv_pure to load your loose files. Actually i'm not even sure if that works in QL but you can try.

You've got a 'maps' folder in your 'Quake Live/baseq3' folder ?
That should work, but I tried it with a valid .bsp, and the map couldn't be found.
Looks like you'll have to zip up the maps folder into a pk3. If you keep a permanent 'custom_maps.pk3' in baseq3 and associate .pk3 with .zip in windows, you can easily put all your .bsp files in there if you want to run them. This is also necessary if you have custom textures or shaders - you put 'textures' and 'scripts' folders in the .pk3

done a zip file named same as the map (reda1.pk3), made a folder in it called maps, then placed reda1.bsp in it

suggest you prefix all your custom pk3 files with "zzz_", say, [not the maps :) ] so they load last (in case you want to override any default assets) - and are easier to locate at end of folder (that was especially valid when all the maps used to be in separate pk3s !)
