Transfer of blocks from faction to faction

Can you tell me how you can transfer all blocks from one faction to another, or rather for earthlings
Не подскажете как можно перенести все блоки с одной фракции в другую а точнее для землян

The best I can think of is the inport and export thats in the game but that doesn't work for inbetween factions so you can problibly just ask a modder for help.

would require you to mod another faction in real time to have the blocks from your current faction.
either play reassemblers, or know that this idea isn't possible.
