Is it possible to change "Infected" and "Dead" to something else?
I'm looking into the game, and especially the scenario creator; I have a lot of ideas for it, and I want to know if it's possible to alter terms like that in a scenario to something else before I go and buy it. Same goes for infectivity, severity, lethalness, whatever the rest are.

Actually, it does allow you to change most stats in the game!

You can change the value of things, but you can't change their names. So the answer is, no, that's not currently possible.
