Can't access the dinosaur models resource pack?

Hey, for a while I've wanted to contribute to the skin-making community but when I finally sat down to work on my first skin-- I noticed that I couldn't get access to the resource pack necessary to actually paint and upload the digital models. When trying to go to the wiki where I've been told the link for the download is, it states that "this is a private site" and "that you need to log in to an account approved to view this site". Is it just that I'm somehow getting on the wrong site? (Even though I'm clicking the same link as everyone else) Have they just been moved somewhere else?

Or is it just that PC:E isn't accepting any new skin creators at the moment?

I'd really appreciate the help, or really any information available :)

The wiki, both from various PC:E skin making tutorials and the link at the top of the workshop, seen as "Learn More". That's where I've been told to find the resource pack anyway-

just read on the discord, apparently the wiki is down for unknown reasons. you can download all dino .obj's from my dropbox
