Open The Following map in DevTools?

I want to add jumps in different locations around the following map but I can't find any info on opening the map in DevTools, is it even possible?

as far as i know nobody's unpacked anything from the game rpack files (where maps are) but it might be possible https://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?p=61729#p61729
