So, I have a bunch of ideas that I feel would feel amazing in the blood-stained world of KF, but I literally have no idea where to start or what to do.

Now I know alot of you guys are gonna say "You gotta practice and do this and that and blah blah blah" But what I'm trying to ask is: What do I need to learn to start modding? I'm sure there's a program where you could do all this crazy stuff, and I think it's more than one. SO, if anyone wants to give me a hand with this little something, I'd appreciate it!
