Looking for mod

I am looking for a mod that creates an option to repair burned/ruined books so that they are no longer useless. So probably something like an NPC that will repair the book for a fee and turn a burned/ruined book into a random one.

This feature is included to Legacy of Dragonborn, but it is a very big mod.

I could be mistaken, but I thought you could use at least some of the ruined books with the atronach forge, in the vanilla game.

Likewise, the Campfire mod allows you to burn them as fuel. If you plan to use Frostfall at all, you'll need Campfire anyway.
