Short answer is there are lots of in game ways to select and keep courtiers in your court, only way you can selectively place anyone in a different court (or force them to your court) is with debug/edit commands, and there's only a mod to keep them in YOUR court - no mod to force anyone to anywhere in the world and keep them there.

But then they're still free to move around, no? Thanks though, not sure when they added this.
I mean this is certainly the closest thing to what I want so I appreciate it. Shame I can't control someone without imprisoning them, seems like a reasonable feature to have.
