Adding Existing Items or Restarting Quests

For a myriad of reasons I needed to replace Morathi with a different a lord, she had the sword of khaine at the time. So i kicked her out and replaced her. During her stay in limbo I got the message to upgrade the sword of khaine to which I passed on. Finally ten turns later I brought her back only to find that Heartrender and the Darksword ARE MISSING!

Is there any way to add items to character, restart quest chains, or even delevel a lord to get the quests to trigger? I am just trying to get the heartrender, i suppose I could just have her pick up the SoK again but I didnt really want it...

There are item buying/crafting mods on the workshop, you could buy the items back?
You could try the re-spec mod to re-level the lord, but i don't know if the quest would re-launch.

thats what i am looking for I couldnt find any item shop mods any recommendations?
