I don't know if they're readin' this, but is it okay if one of y'all would make Southern Pacific MK-5 and the P-8 class? If not, then that's fine because it might be challengin' for you guys.

How the hell would I make it myself?!? I have no experience in 3D modelling, the only experience I have is my video editing.. So, that's on me now..

While it would be a steep learning curve to start with those, it would make for a good goal to aim for when learning 3D modeling and animating (assuming you won't be satisfied with the steam "presets" for the drivers).
All things considered, it's certainly possible that someone else will make the specific things you want, for themselves and be willing to share, but you might be waiting a long time.
Is there a reason that one of the many steam locomotives now on Workshop won't do as a "close enough" sort of stand-in?
It's also not unheard of for people to pay model makers (not me, I don't and won't take commissions) to make the model they want, but don't expect it to be cheap. Especially for steam (lots of gubbins = lots of time and work). Especially if they'll be doing custom animated drivers.

Well obviously the best way to get better at something is to never try

I currently have a P-8 on my workshop, but I don't have a Southern Pacific MK-5.
