Simple Modding Question

Hi! I'd like to edit the Merged Mega Mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=413017358) to remove the "No Engineer Backpack" modification, could somebody run me through how to do that, or do it for me if they have the spare time? Thanks in advance!

IIRC, you can find the backback (visual) enabler in the engineer's base unit file. It has all the syntax and assignment regarding its wardrobe. Also, I'm not sure if its here or runicgames fansite but I think we have a mod that specifically disables the backpack.
