PSA: We’re working to make Lilith: Battles of Jalavia mod working again
Hello everyone

I’m a long time player of Titan Quest since 2008.

I remember that I enjoyed original campaign as well as the awesome custom maps and mods that the community made.

In particular, I loved Lilith: Battles of Jalavia, a huge brand new campaign with new music, monsters and quests.

Unfortunately, since the latest Atlantis update, the developers changed the pathing system so while the mod still launches in the latest titan quest AE, the player can’t move properly.

So I decided to contact W. N. G., a TQ modder, to see if he could help me. He was glad to help me learn the basics of TQ Editor so we started working on the mod.

First, I rebuilt the pathing of all levels and W. N. G. fixed the rune mastery (it wasn’t working properly now it does).

So what’s the problem? Why haven’t you uploaded the fixed mod to the workshop yet?

Here we are at the tricky part, the Atlantis update not only broke the pathing system but also the passable/impassable areas.

What does it mean concretely?

It means that in certain areas (especially outdoors) the player can go underwater and on top of mountains, areas which weren’t accessible in the original mod (as you can see in this clip: https://youtu.be/0IR96nGz9dI?t=62)

So what can I do?

Do you want to help us? Thank you for your time

You could help us by:

Manually fixing the levels passable areas with the game editor
Testing the mod and the levels

Contact us in private and we’ll give you the instructions and the level files.

I’ll update this post with a video tutorial ASAP.

Known issues:

The teleport map is off centered (https://imgur.com/a/kL7AIno)
Some areas are mysteriously unaccessible (for example the exit of the dark path cave)

Hi.
I'm French and I've rubs shoulders Mostal ... but it's been years since he disappeared from the web in any forum.
Could you send me a link to the current version of your mod being rebuilt with the working / sources? I'm motivated to continue your work (first of all, the unlocking of existing passages)

for some reason it doesn't seem to want to download, but if you just hit download it'll do it anyway.

I already have the mod, I already played it, and it still works on TQ:IT DVD. I even extracted the sources and recreated a mod of the same name to tinker, but it's the processing work already done that interests me:

Hi.
I'm a modder but I only started looking at the gameengine file after merging with a new working blank mod. But like all the old mods that are re-launched with the latest versions of the game, as you say, the player can’t move properly.

Are there any corrections to be made in the art-manager ?
Or "rebuilt the pathing" is only about LiLith's mapping in the Editor ?

Possibly, did you send intermediate files to someone else ?
Or would you have some guidelines from email exchanges that you could access despite your change of PC?
Thx.
