Workshop items and vehicles not spawning

I tried on singleplayer and even on my own server but just few mods items/vehicles have spawned.
I used a lot of mods and none of them worked, execept for "Wind Vehicles".
Does anyone knows how to fix it??

There might have been ID clashes between the mods, some of the mods that uses older unity versions to make might not be functioning in the current version.
