Mod to make Reliability Rating restore by 2 or 3 each turn, instead of 1.
I would like to state that a mod for faster recovery of the Reliability Rating is very useful. The game stacks penalties like as if you were a serial killer going to live past 400 years old, being sentenced grossly and disproportionately.
