4.0 Tag fpr Workshop
We need a tag for Patch 4.0 in the Steam Workshop to make it easier to find updated mods and maintain some order. Please :D?

The mod creators can already do that. Except if Valve or Paradox disagree, you can ask mod creators to add the tag "4.0" in the manifest of their mod, and the Steam Workshop will display this tag.
