How to make a Minecraft map?

Can you import an Minecraft world to the BO3 map tool like Minecraft to Source (Hammer)?
I mean, can anyone of the mapping scene give me any hints or links for true tutorials on how to start?
All i wish is to recreate my 2 houses as one map, and i was imagining to do it with Minecraft which would be easier since i've done it sometime ago in CSGO using Minecraft world to Hammer converter, it was flawless.

nomorevideos has Call of Duty: Black Ops III

There's a bsp to radiant converter. If that doesn't properly work you could just export your chunks as model and then import it into the radiant, using it as blueprint for the brush tool to draw out all the different surfaces.
