Can not subjugate re-emerged factions
So I'm playing as the Huns in grand campaign and I was planning to subjugate West Roman Empire and East Roman Empire, but they were totally destroyed earlier than chapter 5.. I personally razed Constantinople as last settlement for E Romans where the option to Subjugate them existed . These two factions rebelled and re-emerged again and conquered settlements. E Romans fortunately re-emerged in Constantinople. Now that I attack them as last settlement the option to Subjugate does not exist post winning. I assume that was available when they were existing faction not re-emerged..

Any tips how to solve this?
